Bookings
A $200 deposit per person is due on the day of booking. Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure otherwise deposit will be subject to forfeiture.
Not Included
Tips such as for sightseeing guides, local representatives or restaurant and hotel employees; passport fees, visas and fees for same; personal expenses such as snacks or telephone calls; accident, sickness, trip cancellation and baggage insurance; meals and beverages not listed in the Included features section and all other services not stated in the Included features section. Airfare is not included.
Cancellation and Refunds
Should you have to cancel, the following terms will apply on a per person basis:

Travel/Health Insurance
We strongly recommend that you carry a health insurance to protect you while in Canada or France and during the trip. Also, you should purchase travel insurance through your insurance carrier.
Documents
A valid passport is required to travel to Québec.
Responsibility
Rendez-vous Québec can assume no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, injury, cancellation of trip, inconvenience, death, or delay to person or property in connection with any services. Each trip participant will waive, release, and hold harmless Rendez-vous Québec, its officers, employees, any contractors or subcontractors hired in connection with the trip from any and all liability, debts, actions, claims, damages, losses, costs, disputes, and liens arising out of personal injury, death, illness, loss or damage to person or property but not limited to acts of God or nature, war or civil unrest, animals, strikes, sickness, illness, lack of availability of or access to appropriate medical attention, downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of transportation or mechanism to arrive on time, or inadequate service.
Acceptance of Contract
Upon booking and payment of deposit, each participant certifies that he or she is in good health, and does not have any mental, physical or other condition of disability that could create a hazard or danger for him/herself or other participants. Additionally, each participant accepts the Terms & Conditions of this contract.
